NEO, another manufacturer of Chinese Android phones, dips into the quad-core scene with the NEO N003 powered by a MT6589 SoC. We had recently posted about the predecessor of the N003 which is the NEO N02-M, which is a dual-core one.
This quad-core baby has a HD 5.3-inch screen and really good specs on paper. I wonder how its price will go, but we can expect it to be cheap!
The NEO N003 is equipped with the upcoming quad-core MT6589 processor (28nm) clocked at 1.3GHz, with PowerVR SGX544 GPU. It is packed with a 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage memory.

Outshining other phones out there with its 13megapixels main camera and 2MP secondary snapper. The main camera is able to capture 1080p video recordings.
This NEO N003 phablet is slated with a 5.3 inches IPS screen that has 1280 * 720 pixels in resolution. It has the complete set of sensors and functions, runs on Android 4.x which is still unsure if it goes out with JellyBean upon release. The battery is rated at 3000mAh capacity.
